That's not the point - if my mum gets an error trying to do something, showing her "something went wrong" is not helpful in any way shape or form. Without even a hint of an error code, I can't help her either even if she calls me and asks for help. Recently I have this issue with my energy supplier, every time I try to change tariff in the app(like they tell you to) I just get "uh oh something went wrong". Like......that's condescending to the maximum. |
