Wow, what an absolutely horrible take. The free tier is supposed to be a representative introduction to what you can expect from paid tiers. As long as you aren't breaking the TOS there should be no reason for suspension, and if there is a suspension, it should be handled gracefully and respectfully, as literally promised by their own friggin' TOS. The paid tier doesn't have a separate TOS either. Oracle dropped the ball big time, and they should go out of their way to fix this ASAP. If I were their customer, which I am not and will never be, I'd be migrating my shit right now. |

Additionally they make no promises of informing the user.

I think people are confusing billing payment notices with termination.
