I ran a test and the feedback score was 1 after answering all the questions. Not sure how to change that.
Also in the future I guess you will have to work with the person right? have some sort of connection? as right now I left a comment on a random friend. Also does it have to be an extension of chrome? I like the idea and the site is pretty intuitive. Good job! |

The rating of `1` is based on your recommendation score ("I would recommend my managers to others." - you said: "Strongly disagree"). There are obviously other dimensions that are shown in the Summary page, but this is the metric that gets displayed "at a glance". You can always go back and edit that feedback (from `Your feedback` on the menu).

I'm debating whether to add this feature or not, it's quite simple (check you and the person you're giving feedback to have a connection and worked for the same company) but I don't know if it actually prevents any "cheating" behaviour (like you said, you can always recommend a friend you worked with).

No, and I'm happy to hear suggestions. Linkedin gives us a reliable database of managers and employees so you can start adding feedback for managers straight away, but it doesn't offer an API. If this wasn't an extension, it could be a platform where managers register themselves and then send a link for employees to review them. It works, but sometimes the worst offenders (managers that are not great to work with) are exactly those that will never sign up for that website. What do you think?
