What a freshly practical take on the problem! I might have missed this on your job listing, but... From my experience in hiring, I would strongly suggest that all tech job listings, especially startups, describe the application process and estimated time budget needed, as well as be upfront about take-homes. Saw significant improvement to candidate quality as well as recruitment. |
