Just that U.S Based usually means highest paid. It doesn't usually mean highest performer. Because pay depended more on COL (or more accurately cost of hiring). Which then causes a COL-adjustment, which then causes the employee to go against said adjustment But COL-adjustments are ingrained in every international company. It's just US based employees always benefited and liked it |
