Swedens and Norways top political parties have ‘social’ in their name. Also, I would say socialism is more of a sliding scale based on ‘how big’ the role of government is. It depends on what level of the ‘social programs’ fall under the perview of the government vs. private industry. I would say Sweden and Denmark are more ‘socialist leaning’ compared to other democratic republics of the world. |
