Totally agree. Also, Kopi Luwak will likely by very stale indeed unless you buy it from a specialist. A much better version of poop coffee is Jacu Bird coffee. They tend to live around good quality coffee plantations and they have a discerning eye for the coffee cherries. Still more of a novelty thing though as it's so expensive. AFAIK Jacu birds aren't force-fed in captivity, so that's much better. |
