Every other page load fails for me. I get 3 different pages

1. The page I'm looking for

2. A Content-Type: text/html, body: "The service is unavailable." page

3. A more elaborate "Stack Overflow is currently offline for maintenance" page

It just switched from an error page to their usual maintenance page for me.

1 second edit: And back to "The service is unavailable" error page.

And a moment later: Got it to load, then refreshed and back to error. Just seems really flaky.
