Is it though? That could just read that it is citizens from other states. I originally thought it was a cheap ploy for AZ/TX to do this, but the mayors of DC and NYC have complained and made exactly the statements that AZ/TX were soliciting. It might be a cheap ploy, but it’s been effective it seems. |

And yes, even I thought the same, that DC and NY are behaving exactly how the Reps want them to. I really hoped they would handle it better when AZ sent the first buses 2-3 months ago, but alas!
