For a "game" this needs a better on-boarding solution, a "tutorial" if you will. Instead of forcing new users to watch a video on Youtube, integrate instructions right on the first page. Either add floating popups, or guide new user through first steps with example data. On first visit I actually missed that there is more content on main page below fold. And "import" function probably won't be that important to new user, moving to Settings might be appropriate.
