For a "game" this needs a better on-boarding solution, a "tutorial" if you will. Instead of forcing new users to watch a video on Youtube, integrate instructions right on the first page. Either add floating popups, or guide new user through first steps with example data.
On first visit I actually missed that there is more content on main page below fold. And "import" function probably won't be that important to new user, moving to Settings might be appropriate.
After reading the title description I expected something like a gamiefied diary builder that allows others to explore your past experiences. What could be an interesting and/or weird product to be honest. In case of future experiences, accomplishments and dreams gamification seem to be kind of distracting solution imho.
The promise sounds great but the product looks very confusing and it seems just like a badly designed to-do list with a lot of accidental complexity. Why the emphasis on colors? Why is the UX so complex to end with something so simple? It's not clear what this is building up to.
