Stripe isn't even a public company, how do you think she made all that money? And she joined Stripe in 2015, when the company was already five years old. Whatever equity she received would be a pittance and issued at relatively high strike prices (Stripe had very favorable 409a's), and it's very unlikely for her role and experience level to be worth more than a year-or-two of salary. |
