i'm seeing a lot of job ads now in my field under "upwork" and "toptal" does anyone know why there is a proliferation of these all of a sudden

on linkedin its like 60-70% those outsourcing companies now

I would love to find that too. I was wondering why most of the the jobs are posted by third parties. Anyone have insights?

Feels like no one wants to put the effort into making a high quality hiring practice and culture, just outsourcing it... cause time and excess capital?
