mandated means more government which is more energy spent, i fear. white roofs are definitely a thing here, and lots of white cars, and like the other post noted they're researching white pavements. i never understand the people who buy black cars in this UV and just heat climate. |

Mandated also means various degrees of ruining the lives of people who won't get in line which seems pretty drastic over something as petty as paint though.
