It depends on how you define Capitalist. If you mean free market, yes. If you mean a system aimed at dividing those who own and run businesses from those who are merely employees, then no. In other words, it fits some definitions of Capitalist, but it does not include the Capital/Labor divide which is usually a hallmark of Capitalism. |
