I agree with you here. However, they may not want to go to court for the smallest of things. I mean other than money there are other issues associated with going to court. Bad press, reputation etc. PS: I have never been nor ever intend to be in this situation by cyber-squatting but you never know what can happen with existing domain names that I have with me for projects that may see a light sometime. |
