Add linters, to start. You can’t argue with that. Linting is extremely powerful. I had a team member flip out on me and slam their hands down like a man child. But hey, that reflects more on them. Use precommit hooks so they don’t get too frustrated. You can lint CSS. Just take control and sometimes just push the code you’re the lead. Pull off the bandaid or I’d look for something else. |
