Daily exercise routine, as little as 5 mins a day of bodyweight exercises and at least 20 minutes of intensional walking, as much light as possible, preferably direct sunlight and directly on the skin when possible for at least 5 mins a day. I set up a mirror which has a view about 20 metres away so when Im thinking I can look in the distance to release some eye tension. Thats just what I do... its the bare minimum. |
