How exactly is this supposed to work? Say Twitter gets the judgement awarded... How Awkward is that going to be? Literally FORCE Elon to purchase the company? If i was going to participate in the funding round, there's no way in hell i would now...

Okay, say the funding does somehow go through... Now he has a bunch of employees that he's just jerked around and pissed off...

It isn't so much forcing him to buy it, just complete the purchase he was already making and agreed to complete.
