I’m very curious how they’re getting around section 1713.02 of the Ohio Revised Code as seen at https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-1713.02 They’re not on the Ohio Department of Higher Education’s authorized list. They make no mention on their website of even seeking authorization. They’re not clearly identifying themselves as a “Bible College” to take advantage of that loophole. |
