Good advice. But it can break down if the company says "we can't afford to hire someone to take over that part", and if they won't let you hand it off to someone more junior. Basically, if they are using you inefficiently. If that's the case, still write it all up. Tell them where it is. And leave. (Because the problem you're feeling is not fixable within that company.) |
