I think the transition from being an employee to being an entrepreneur is difficult, because of the different skill sets required. In a company, you usually have a specified role, with the hard problems mostly figured out by the people before you, and it's just up to you to execute your assigned tasks. Entrepreneurship is really the full stack of trying to find a problem and solving it along with all the details of running a business. |
