The economy is really in flux right now. On one hand there are the shortages, on the other hand many retailers have bought inventory that they could buy assuming people would want what they can get instead of get what they want. At the micro level there are some companies thriving but I think if you go higher up to the "commanding heights" people have a wider view of the craziness and more fear. So I think a lot of firms are slowing down on hiring right now. |
