This, plus remember about the slowly boiled frog, which is exactly what such debilitating sanctions do to an entire population. The (good?) news is that the OP seems close to a typical burnout snap, after which they might be able to take the necessary risks required to improve their situation. It's not a fun time while it is happening, though. |
