No mention about philips? My philips sensors are expensive but they do not drain the battery. I use them daily for 2.5 years now and did not change the batteries. They are very easy to mount on walls and they have a magnet.

I’m more surprised because Hue is one of the better systems, and the bridge can be accessed and manipulated fine offline.
