Learning to playing poker analytically based on EV is a good general life skill to have that is applicable to a wide range of scenarios. This is a good free course:
https://ocw.mit.edu/courses/15-s50-poker-theory-and-analytic... For board games I particularly like Diplomacy but it's intensive if played correctly and I've found not everyone is suited to play it. |
