Telegram isn't foolproof, nor is it a secure app "BY DEFAULT". And that is a big point overall. Telegram has been known to not share information with the (local national spy agency) unless you're actively promoting violence. Its default chats are not encrypted, while its secret chats are. you can't access private chats on other devices, yet, whatsapp's default encryption shares its keys across devices. |
