Instant coffee is just freeze-dried coffee, it's not my favorite way of making coffee but it's focusing on the wrong thing (technique over product). I'd take instant coffee from good beans over perfectly brewed coffee (IMO this is espresso or pour-over in a pinch) with shitty beans. |
