I applaud the effort. In the last 60 years there's been amazing strides at caring for and making space for smaller and smaller minorities... It's almost as if the individual is sovereign...

But this is all identity politics stuff and I doubt it'll take off or stick. Work without getting paid? Not a real selling point.

IMHO people don't really care, just in general. Sure, there's softies and bleeding hearts and those with high agreeableness (https://www.verywellfamily.com/agreeable-personality-3287986), but most people, nah.
