It really depends on country for Finland that is certainly not the way.
1 year contracts turning in perpetual ones are somewhat new standard, but this is by the landlord to protect their gains. Otherwise it is always 1 month notice from renter or 3 month in case of less than 1 year and 6 months for landlord. |
