Doesn't learning the Angular structure require learning? If that's the metric and you have to learn good structure for both frameworks, I'm not seeing the advantage. In fact, Angular's rigidity is only an advantage if the developer finds that particular structure comfortable. And the reality is that the vast majority of developers don't find Angular comfortable to work with.
