One important reason for coding questions I haven’t read in the comments is the need to avoid the interviewer’s personal bias. I’ve seen a lot of people say they can feel someone is a bad interviewer but how do you quantify that? Large corps need to protect themselves. They also need to make candidates feel like they were tested using the same criteria as other candidates. |
