Two thoughts,
1) it will be impossible to get out of our current housing hole without making developers rich.
2) We are so far into the hole that any availability will be gobbled up by those with money or those with connections. I have a townhome and in our complex one had to be sold as a low-income unit. The person who got it was well connected to the developer, "My Aunt has known him for 30+ years". |
