The company I work for seems to be trending toward remote. It feels like a bad trend to me - quality of work is lower. Creativity is lower. Put me in a room with a few other folks, some whiteboards and some laptops and magic happens. Hanging around the house and chatting on zoom+slack is boring, pathetic and produces no magic. |
