A federal abortion ban (or legalization) may be unconstitutional. Depends on how effectively they can link it to interstate commerce or one of the other powers given to the federal government in the constitution. Also depends on how the current supreme court feels about the commerce clause. I am not sure if they have ruled on anything involving that recently. |
