The kWh is of course exactly what you want if you're working with power over time. Example: a 100 amp house circuit running maxed out in the US will use 12 kWh per hour, or 0.2 per minute. Try doing it in your head with joules. Annoying right? 12 kWh / h? Am I a crazy person? No. I'm working on a useful problem. |
