Sorry! The reason there isn't a link is that it is an (abstract) reference architecture, not an implementation.

Arguably I probably should have a sample implementation.

That said, a lot of the elements you need to build something in this style are available in MPWFoundation: https://github.com/mpw/MPWFoundation/

I would also liked to have seen some actual code. Preferably a fully working demo app to play around with.
