I dislike it too. I signed up with serverdensity to try it out, and after 4 separate email exchanges with support -- each one asking for my account to be delete...it still hasn't happened. I keep getting brush off replies like 'have you tried X?' and 'Are you sure?'. The service itself wasn't bad (I had some feedback that was likewise ignored/brush off), but I would never recommend them to anyone for this reason alone. |
