I have found the fonts at <https://opendyslexic.org/> to be helpful. It is actually harder to read and in turn slows you down, so there are less errors.
I saw another method recently that highlights certain letters in a word to be bold and doesnt need to change the font. The test examples were very easy for me to read.
Unfortunately I didn't bookmark it and now can't find it!
We already provide OpenDyslexic font with other font options as well. Also, we give the ability to increase the font size and bold the font. And spacing options to increase space between lines, words, and even letters. Not to mention the Line Highlighting ruler for focused reading and screen shading
