ONDC is an Open platform to conduct digital commerce.
ONDC democratises the marketplace model allowing anyone to participate in the commerce right from buyers & sellers to logistics, creditors, etc.
ONDC is already live in few cities in India & its here to stay. At it core ONDC standardises the communication layer between different network participants. In the NPM package ondc-node you will find the implementation of all the layer 1 apis used by ONDC. You can easily integrate it in any JavaScript based application.
