Looking for input and feedback on this. I'm understanding the lack of vocal public responses on HN to be rooted in the threat of career jeopardy and the risk of employer retaliation. Am I right? Or is there some other reason people care so little about addressing directly the ways that software and the software industry can become more geared toward shaping an ethical and sustainable world?
