I just looked up NET because I was thinking the same thing, but it seems their free license is strictly for print versions and <1000 copies. Also if OP cares, its noncommercial. Their site has an email address posted for licensing inquiries though so you could ask! As someone else pointed out, the WEB translation is public domain so it might be a better option. |
