I thought Netware was pretty good for what it was... not nearly as powerful as a UNIX, but that's not what Netware shops usually needed. I administered it next to UNIXes (and some NT sites, ugh) in my youth when I jobbed as a system administrator before studying, and have mostly good memories of it.
