Same amount every year. Then again, I'm in the UK where our laws provide us with a minimum amount (28) of days off and it's very unusual for anyone not to take the days to which they're entitled. Whatever your local culture and laws, being able to spend some time away from work to recharge your batteries is important. Take your PTO. |
