Hello everyone, I'm Alex, creator of Howl.

Howl lets you share longer and richer content on Twitter.

I built Howl because:

1. some thoughts can't fit or be summarized in 280 characters.

2. "We have threads for that". Sometimes it's difficult to split your thoughts into meaningful chunks of information users can interact with.

3. "We have blogs for that". Howl is about the middle ground between Tweets, threads and 10000-words blog posts. Moreover, Howl features a seamless integration with Twitter. You'll feel like you are on Twitter. How? No sign up, custom login or complex on boarding. To howl, you go to https://www.joinhowl.co/howl, you authorize Howl to tweet on your behalf (just one time if you don't clear your browser's history), write your content, push a button. Your Howl, will just be a fancy twitter card pointing to your content on the platform. Users can choose to like it or reply from there. I recommend to open the link directly from the Twitter app if you're on mobile (if you want, you can follow @joinhowlco and you'll find the link in bio.)

4. "We have Twitlonger for that". Terrible UI and UX, not a fan.

Let me know what you think!

at least twitlonger has a homepage... and doesnt go straight into an oauth page with "Made by . Read undefined’s privacy policy and terms."
