Crappy onboarding.

This appears to be a very important service, but the onboarding and telling people how to us it very convoluted.

Please show a video of exactly how to utilize in an ELIM (Explain like Im a Mom) type of complexity.

I would like to see the xls you state it was built from.

The idea is wonderful!

And you could provide a paid professional (bonded, insured) solution to performing these tasks for people...

but the onboarding is super opaque.
