Had something maybe similar too - some times instant connecting, sometimes slow, sometimes 0%. Fixed and happily using ZT every day now. (TY ZT!) On both computers do: Network connections->Right click ZT network->Properties->Select (TCP/IPv4), probs 5th down. ->Properties->Advanced->Untick automatic metric-> set interface metric value to 1. Potentially reboot, though I've not needed to before. Just for some visuals if needed
