I started a new job at a tech company 3 months ago. From the start, it was a difficult place as two of my coworkers quit during the great resignation. And then obviously my responsibilities changed.

After a few changes in my responsibilities, I was frustrated and started looking for a new role. So far, I have two offers and wanted to check in on whether i should leave.
