No car is fine if: - you limit your friends and family to those that live where you can access them. - you choose sports that don’t require remote locations or large equipment (no mountains, no surfboards, etcetera) or you live where your sport is. - you move where you can access your job, or you limit your job prospects. I have lived without a car in a variety of places in the world. Public transport is great if you can accept the set of limitations imposed upon you. |

And yes, it does mean some limits, but they aren't as severe as many people think.
