FWIW, I've done this once in my Tesla. Fortunately nothing was immediately in front of me at the time, and I was able to correct quick enough. Here's how the logic goes: - Press brake. - Car moves forward. - Press brake much harder. - Car lurches forward. - Realize you are pressing the wrong pedal. |
